Under the federal project “Sports – the norm of life” the competitions took place at the skating stadium named after the Olympic champion B.A. Shilkov on Saturday February 5, 2022.

The running distance on skates of any type is 400 meters which is one lap of the stadium. All our skater were perfect in running, good pace and spectacular gliding. And the team spirit, sports enthusiasm and excellent mood – the qualities that are always inherent in our sportsmen.

“The Ice of Our Hope” is the annual traditional Open All-Russian mass skating competition, in which everyone can take part. According to the organizers, over 600 Petersburgers participated in the skating races this year.
